We are looking for a diligent account manager to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we continue to grow our thriving business.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of repeat customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate outbound phone calls to leads to create sales opportunities through understanding customer needs.
• Ensure a prompt response to all inbound customer enquiries from the web, phone, email and chat.
• Providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to customer problems.
• Timely preparation and sending of quotes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident communicator by phone and email.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness.
• Good time management.
• Computer literate.
• Clean DBS check.
