Account Manager

Overview

We are looking for a diligent account manager to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we continue to grow our thriving business.

Within your position as an account manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of repeat customers.

Responsibilities

• Calling and emailing active and inactive leads to generate new enquiries.
• Proactively looking for new business via the phone.
• Following up with customers and prospects via phone and email.
• Delivering sales presentations via Zoom and, sometimes, face-to-face.
• Responding to new enquiries in a prompt, professional and effective manner.
• Negotiating with supply partners for optimal pricing.
• Proactively looking for new supply opportunities.
• Thinking commercially to drive growth for the company.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Commercial awareness.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Positive and diligent attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good customer experience skills.
• Good written communication, grammar and spelling skills.
• A positive attitude towards using the telephone with good aural and verbal skills.
