Administrator
Overview
We are looking for a diligent administrator to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us as we continue to grow our thriving business.
As an administrator, you will primarily manage and progress customer orders by working with other administrators, internal account managers, internal logistics operatives, supplier partners and couriers.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer POs.
- Liaising with supplier partners and couriers to ensure goods arrive and leave on time.
- Communicating with account managers regarding order progress and blockers.
- Communicating with customers regarding order progress and blockers.
- Purchasing items from suppliers and eBay.
- Completing weekly Order Health Checks to check the status of all open orders.
- Completing and issuing weekly Customer Order Status Reports.
- Updating parts details on the internal system.
- Issuing proforma invoices and chasing payments as required.
- Ordering office and warehouse supplies.
- First-line telephone answering.
- Handling customer aftercare.
- Managing Foxmere eBay listings.
- Adding value to the Foxmere company wherever possible.
Requirements
- Confident communicator by phone and email.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good time management.
- Computer literate.
- Clean DBS check.
