  • mapp Asset Intensity collects all of a machine's statistical data. This data is then displayed in an HMI application in either a table or graph format for further analysis. The collected data can be exported to a data storage device such as a USB flash drive, for example. mapp Asset Intensity collects statistical data from a machine, such as production rate and planned and unplanned downtime. The data can be summarized for a day, shift or batch, among other things. Data can be shown in the HMI application as either a table or graph as well as exported to a CSV file.

  • MpData makes it possible for users to back up values of defined process variables (PVs). This data is stored in .csv files. Which process variables are logged is defined when setting up the component. Different modes can be used to record the data. mapp Data can record variables based on time, after a value change or when a defined trigger occurs. The logged data can be displayed in an HMI application as a table. In addition, mapp Data can display statistical data for each process variable, for example the mean value or standard deviation. All data can be stored with password protection to prevent unauthorized access. The collected data can be exported to a USB flash drive, for example, as a CSV or PDF file.

  • When setting up mapp Energy, the user defines which modules are included in the calculation of the energy consumption. It is possible to differentiate between energy data and power data. This is not just possible for B&R components, but also components from 3rd-party manufacturers. The calculated data can either be included directly as part of the total energy consumption or simply saved and evaluated to monitor a certain machine component for later analysis.
